How do I book services?
Booking is easy. Contact us by phone, email, or through our website to schedule your complimentary consultation. We will discuss your needs, recommend the best service, and guide you through the booking process.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations for new clients to better understand your needs and recommend the most appropriate services.
How far should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays, wedding season, festivals, and other high-demand periods. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. Our childcare services have a 4-hour minimum booking requirement.
Do you list your prices on your website?
Our services are customized to meet each client's unique needs. Because every request is different, we provide personalized quotes during your complimentary consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, and approved business checks.
When is payment due?
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement before services begin unless other arrangements have been made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made under 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
