Meet Our Founder
Top Knotch Family Care was founded by Michelle Zellner, MPA, an experienced leader whose passion for serving families has guided the company since its inception.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern University at New Orleans and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University.
Her professional career began as a Special Education Teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in child development, education, and family support. Over the next 25 years, Michelle held numerous leadership and management positions across education, mental health, developmental disabilities, human services, and healthcare, serving as a Healthcare Administrator.
This diverse experience has shaped the philosophy behind Top Knotch Family Care providing professional, compassionate, and dependable support that helps families and professionals thrive. Michelle believes that exceptional service is built on trust, communication, integrity, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
